Performance Specialist - Leiria Office

As a Performance Specialist at Leadzai, you will be responsible for the continuous optimization of campaigns across various digital advertising networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaign performance, generate leads, and maximise ROI.The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing successful PPC campaigns, is a team player, analytical, customer-oriented, and possesses strong strategic thinking skills.As a Performance Specialist, some of your responsibilities will be:Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising.Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and make data-driven adjustments, including bid modifications, ad scheduling, targeting refinements, etc.Stay updated with industry trends, new advertising features, and emerging platforms to explore new opportunities for campaigns.What will your daily grind look like?Monitor and optimise PPC, ensuring they are aligned with marketing objectives and budget guidelines.Analyse campaign performance data using analytics platforms.Participate in meetings or brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and strategies for campaign optimization and growth.Be an important and active contributor to the entire team.What we're looking for:Required skills:Experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing role.In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Autonomy and constant pursuit for excellence.Ability to work both individually and as a valuable team member.Strong capacity for time and priorities management.Excellent English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of French, Dutch, or German is a bonus.Nice to have:Former interaction with Looker Core or similar tools to analyse campaigns.Experience with campaign tracking and conversion tracking implementation.What you can expect from us:We invest in our people and want you to learn and grow within the team and company.We value and care for our team.Close-knit team:Cool workplace in Leiria.Health & Remote Work Insurance.Hundreds of Free online courses.Mental Health Program.Flex Benefits.Cool Team-Building Events.Employee Stock Options Plan.
