Coordinates the local development team, acting as a proxy manager for the onshore management; Work with theteam to estimate the tasks to be carried out, identify blocking points, report alerts and KPIs like tasks progress; Ensures that commitments are followed in terms of scope, budget and planning during the product development phase; Ensures that the documentation is updated, participates in the updating/creation of architectural documents to present them to the Tech Leader and/or the CTO; Performs the code review with the team before submitting it to the onshore Tech Leader; Participates in developments; Webservice: API REST (JSON), SOAP; Unit tests: JUnit and Mockito; Integration testing: Cucumber / Gherkin; Ticketing: JIRA. What are we looking for? More than 5 years of experience in a similar role; Advanced experience with Java 17 and Hexagonal Architecture; Proficiency in using the Angular framework; Expertise in Spring Boot and Apache Camel; Solid knowledge of Maven for deployment, Git (Bitbucket), Sonar, and Nexus for repository management; Familiarity with IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ; Experience indeployment environments using XLDeploy, Docker, and Kubernetes; Advanced knowledge of ActiveMQ and Kafka; Experience with Log4J for log management; Hybrid position in Lisbon; Good level ofEnglish and French (B2).
