Technical Lead

Job Description We are looking for a Technical Lead with 4 or more years of professional experience in roles such as: IT Operations Manager; Production Support Lead; Systems Engineering Lead. Qualifications Experience with APM monitoring tools (e.G. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, or NewRelic) and/or ELK stack. Hands-on technical expertise in the last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.G. CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middleware, or similar enterprise complex solutions). Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e.G. JIRA or ServiceNow). Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.G., Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java, or similar technologies). Knowledge in Cloud environments (e.G. Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of using relational databases or NoSQL (e.G. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra). Good level of Spanish and English (mandatory). Bachelor's and/or Master's in Computer Science or similar. #J-18808-Ljbffr
