What You'll Do:
Provide top-notch support via phone, email, and chat Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issuesResolve product and software-related problems with a customer-first approachCollaborate with technicians and escalate issues as neededMaintain brand consistency in all communications and manage your ticket queue ? Work Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (rotational)Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM What We Offer:
