Customer trainings on business systems and tools (connectivity tool, e-commerce and power connect). Assist in marketing and sales support. Support customers identifying parts or services and our sales team on spare parts quotations. Responsible for service/warranties/connectivity contracts quotations. Process and handle the automated leads. Foster strong collaboration with our main Distribution Center and Divisions. Requirements: Technical Degree or equivalent education in a technical field. Customer experience. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Native Portuguese speaker, good level of English; additional languages are a plus. Dynamic, result-driven and self-motivating approach. Good communication, teamwork and customer-focused skills. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. What we offer?
