Your mission as Tech Teamlead is to: Align, coach and motivate your team (2x CRM-Admin 1x IT-Admin) to achieve your teams-objectives; Transform the IT-strategy to a tactical roadmap and ensure its execution; Manage demanding stakeholders to continuously deliver value to the business; Maintain and develop a CRM that our users love; Architect our SaaS-IT-Landscape and align stakeholders around your teams vision; Oversee, manage, administrate and support Sherpany's internal IT; Manage 3rd party service providers and negotiate contracts with vendors.
