The responsibilities
Tasks to do:Lead consultancy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.Mentor and coach other Project Managers within the department, providing guidance on project management best practices and professional development.Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and improve cross-functional communication.Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to project management and process improvement initiatives.Prepare project plans, define tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are met.Identify risks and issues proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed to ensure project success.Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Project Management department and across the organization. // OUR IMPOSSIBLE MATCH
Ideal Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a consultancy or software development environment.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices in project management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.Experience in process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp).Good English level (written and spoken) // WHY WE ARE AMAZING
