We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of financial services products, ensuring they deliver value to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in cards, loans, and insurance.
You will be responsible for:Define and communicate the product vision aligned with the company's strategic goalsCreate, prioritize, and manage a detailed product backlogCollaborate with stakeholders to refine features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectivesWork closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresFacilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and complianceDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitor product performance, user adoption, and market feedbackIf you have:Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the financial services domainStrong understanding of financial products such as credit/debit cards, loans, and insuranceExperience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOpsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasksIf you are:Proficient in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirementsExperienced in digital transformation or fintech environmentsFamiliar with compliance and regulatory standards in financial servicesSkilled in user experience (UX) or customer journey mappingA CSPO-certified professionalWhat we offer:Flextime and a hybrid working model, allowing you to work smarter instead of longerProfessional growth – you will have a personalized training planA diverse and inclusive working community, where working together is not only a large part of our day-to-day, but one of the most important essentials of our UniverseExtensive senior management exposureWe aim for greatness and boldness.
