As an Expert Product Manager for Bloom, Sword Health's digital pelvic health solution for women, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the product that has already changed the lives of thousands of women across the U.S. Your mission will be to lead the expansion and refinement of Bloom's innovative, user-centric product, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that drives high patient engagement and meaningful improvements in pelvic health outcomes.
What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute product strategies that support business objectives and drive growth;
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch;
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development;
Rapidly conduct product experiments and gather insights to drive continuous product iteration;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, clinical and marketing, to ensure that products meet business needs and customer requirements;
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features with full ownership based on business value and customer impact;
Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, specifications, and user stories;
Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes;
Coach other PMs (junior and Intermediates).
What you need to have:

At least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field;
Rapid Execution: The drive to achieve excellence quickly, showcasing your history as a rapid executor with a relentless commitment to learning and prioritizing speed in shipping lean but robust features;
Mission Empathy: Dedication to creating female health products that resonate deeply with user needs;
User Obsession: Demonstrable experience in putting the user first, with a proven track record of creating engaging experiences driven by a deep understanding of what drives user engagement;
Analytical Rigor: Ability to make hypothesis-driven, data-informed decisions;
Resourcefulness: A demonstrated ability to be resourceful, with a consistent history of achieving significant results even when resources are limited;
Effective Communication: The ability to communicate complex strategies clearly, precisely, and in a structured manner.
What we would love to see:

Experience working with US B2B2C digital healthcare products;
Experience with Looker for business and product analytics;
Get itchy with suboptimal processes and can't help but propose improved versions.
