We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of financial services products, ensuring they deliver value to customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of financial services, particularly in cards, loans, and insurance.
You will be responsible for: Defining and communicating the product vision aligned with the company's strategic goalsCreating, prioritizing, and managing a detailed product backlogCollaborating with stakeholders to refine features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectivesWorking closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product featuresFacilitating Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews)Partnering with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and complianceDefining key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and monitoring product performance, user adoption, and market feedback
If you have: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the financial services domainStrong understanding of financial products such as credit/debit cards, loans, and insuranceExperience working in Agile environments and proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOpsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable tasks
If you are: Proficient in industry-specific financial systems and regulatory requirementsExperienced in digital transformation or fintech environmentsFamiliar with compliance and regulatory standards in financial servicesSkilled in user experience (UX) or customer journey mappingA CSPO-certified professional
