Overview / Summary : As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a Team Manager to manage our consultants assigned to clients.
Responsibilities and Tasks : Lead a team of consultants, ensuring they have the support needed to work effectively and deliver high-quality results.
Drive talent development by motivating team members, providing feedback, setting growth goals, and promoting training opportunities.
Oversee performance management by tracking each team member's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and celebrating successes.
Ensure quality assurance by delivering work that meets company standards and expectations.
Coordinate project results to meet deadlines and objectives aligned with company strategy and client needs.
Act as the point of contact between the technical team and clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Anticipate and resolve technical or management challenges, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and synergy, including teams like sales, HR, and operations.
Manage resource allocation to ensure the team has the necessary tools, budgets, and time for successful project execution.
Participate in the recruitment process, from defining profiles to selecting new team members.
Mandatory Requirements : Higher education in HR, Administration, Management or similar areas.
Ideally +2 years' experience supporting consultancy or project management teams.
Languages: fluent Portuguese; advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and punctuality.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Easy to solve problems.
Good collaboration with other departments and clients.
