ResponsibilitiesYou will manage an Order to Cash team for the Dutch market.Ensure the processes are in place, are followed, and up to date.Responsible for ensuring that the team handles customer orders and complaints and addresses them to the right department.Communicate efficiently by phone and email with business partners, business units, customers, and other departments.Follow team results, KPIs, and ensure that they are sustainable.Conduct monthly escalation meetings.Actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.RequirementsUniversity Degree or minimum Secondary High School completion.Fluent in Dutch (native or C2 level) and English (B1).SAP and Office knowledge rounds up your profile.Experience managing teams.Good and persuasive communicator.Able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.Benefits1-year contract with great possibilities for incorporation.Competitive salary and remuneration.Attractive bonus based on objectives.Fixed weekly schedule.Hybrid working model.Multicultural environment and career development opportunities in a multinational company.
