What do we expect from you?

Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT Recruitment.

Organizational Skills: You love keeping things up-to-date and orderly, ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly.

Communication Skills: You excel at connecting with people and making them feel comfortable during interviews. Your engaging personality shines through in every conversation!

Proactive Attitude: You see challenges as opportunities and approach tasks with a positive "can-do" mindset.

Team Player: You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to put the "T" in the team. Collaboration and support are key!

Creative Thinker: Generate innovative concepts that make people say, "Wow!" Extra points for ideas that involve grumpy cats or inflatable unicorns.

English Fluency: Strong command of the language for effective communication.

Hybrid Model Survivor: At least three days a week, you'll swap your fuzzy slippers for actual shoes. Yes, we know, it's a big commitment!
