Your mission, roles and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee at Forvia, you will support the Talent Hub team identifying and recruiting top talent.

The main missions of the role are:

Source and screen prospective talent on social networks and through other channels:

Sources, screens and engages prospective talents on social networks and through all other channels, both for the most recurrent and future positions (anticipated sourcing) as well as for an opened job requisition.

Support sourcing strategy for the positions and measures the efficiency of the sourcing tools for each talent group.

Support Recruitment Processes:

Manages pre-selection in order to provide best engaged candidates to the Recruiters for the further interviews.

Might assist or support Recruiter for the selection interviews.

Organizes and manages pools of potential candidates from all sources (ATS, social networks, job boards, campus management, job fairs, referrals…) in order to keep robust and active pipeline.

Candidate Management:

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback.

Employer branding activities:

Support employer brand visibility to our target audiences on the social networks and career sites (building content, animation, monitoring).

Takes part in a sourcing & branding campaigns, according to the country talent acquisition strategy (campus management, job fairs, professional communities events..).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Listening skills and customer focus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

English fluent.

Experience: Previous internships or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
