Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at 1GLOBAL, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical and commercial talent from around the world. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and external recruitment partners. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
