As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Global Business Services (GBS), you will play a critical role in implementing and operationalizing the organization's global talent acquisition strategy. GBS serves as a centralized hub for delivering efficient, standardized, and high-quality services, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment processes across multiple regions and business areas. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence while contributing to a positive candidate experience.

What you will do: Talent Acquisition Strategy - Support the development and execution of global talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within talent acquisition.Recruitment Management - Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across various regions and business areas, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, implement sourcing strategies, and address talent needs proactively.Sourcing and Outreach - Publish job opportunities across diverse channels, ensuring postings attract a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Proactively source and engage candidates through databases, networking sites, social media, and other innovative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.Candidate Screening and Evaluation - Conduct initial resume and phone screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment. Utilize assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate candidates, maintaining compliance with global standards.Collaboration and Business Partnership - Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on talent needs and provide insights that support decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies.Project Development and Initiatives - Lead or contribute to the development and execution of projects and initiatives within the talent acquisition function. Focus on areas such as employer branding, candidate experience, onboarding, internal mobility, and other talent-related programs.Process Compliance and Data Management - Ensure all talent acquisition activities adhere to company policies and compliance standards. Maintain accurate and comprehensive data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant tools.Market Insights and Continuous Improvement - Stay updated on market trends, talent acquisition innovations, and competitor practices to provide actionable insights. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.Promoting Organizational Culture - Represent the organization's values and culture in all candidate and stakeholder interactions. Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition activities. Employment type: Full-Time

What are we looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who embodies the following qualifications and attributes:
Professional Experience - Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a global or GBS environment, with expertise in recruitment strategies and talent management. At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in dynamic industries with complex hiring needs. Strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and handling complex cases effectively.Technical Expertise - In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), with the ability to leverage data-driven insights. Familiarity with employer branding, onboarding processes, and recruitment regulations in diverse markets.Skills and Competencies - Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish and/or German is highly valued. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally. Strong relationship-building abilities to partner effectively with Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates. Adept at working collaboratively in cross-cultural, remote, and global team environments, with flexibility to adapt to varying time zones.Mindset and Attributes - Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience, acting as a positive ambassador for the organization's values and culture.
