Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reports to: Head of Talent. As a TA Specialist you will act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand ethos through mindful candidate care and thorough screening on soft and hard skills as well as team and brand fit. The Role Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria Source applicants through brand's career page, LinkedIn and referrals Create job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the requirements for each position Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Maintain high quality data entry on Taleo to facilitate follow up and GDPR compliance Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Requirements Minimum 2 years in recruitment, fashion retail experience will be a plus. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and teamwork skills High level of written and spoken English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
