What will you do? Sourcing great candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking SystemSupporting the design of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirementsDriving interviews and selection processesLearning and understanding about the business and what are our hiring needsCreating strong talent pipelinesBeing an ambassador of Defined.ai and providing a great candidate experience to every person you interact withNurturing trusting relationships with stakeholders and candidatesWho are we looking for? Requirements: 1-4 years of experience but want to expand horizons in a tech start-up environmentFamiliarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsKnowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsExperience in tech (would be a plus!)
