We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialistto join our team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Social and Organizational Psychology or similar areas
1-3 years of proven experience sourcing in IT market (Outsourcing)
Ability to perform autonomous active sourcing
Proficiency in English
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry
Main Roles:
Building and implementing sourcing strategies (Outsourcing)
Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels
Conduct interviews
Finding and engaging candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
