We are a fast-growing and results-driven company that acquires new customers for leading brands in the iGaming and financial industries. Although we're based in Portugal, we're 100% remote.
SEO is at our core and we are relentless: we take our websites to the top of the SERPs for all the best — and, often, challenging — keywords.
Our focus is on the users. We strive to simplify complex subjects and can give users what they're looking for. How? Through data analysis, carefully crafted content, and seamless user experience.
How do we do it? With the very best people. People are our main priority.
As our future Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alts Digital, you won't be doing all the usual boring stuff you probably do in +300 people IT, Tech or Consultancy company where you can't even drink a beer with the CEO and have to Ctrl C + Ctrl V all day and pray to God to receive an answer from candidates.
The challenge is more than numbers. Challenges are the people. People you will find to help us grow. In 2020, we were 6. Now we are +40. We have some people, culture and recruitment processes going on, but we are building and creating everything from scratch, and you will be involved!
Scope of the Job We all know what a talent acquisition specialist or a recruiter does: sourcing, interviewing, managing pipelines, delivering a great candidate experience, and showing to the world how great it is to work at Alts Digital.
However, more than this, we are looking for the right attitude. Some hints on what you can expect:
Writing down nice and fun job descriptions (better than this one) to attract people;
Reaching out to candidates in a human and not robotic way. Templatish messages are too 2010;
Bring and build some innovative methods on how to look for nice people and build up our pipelines;
Making sure people feel welcomed and making interview relevant questions. We don't like too much-scripted interviews with non-sense questions;
Make sure all culture & values makes sense to you ? Life at Alts
Enthusiasm and energy in sharing our values and our way of being at Alts with possible candidates;
Collaborate and share knowledge and practices within the People team to build nice processes that reflect our culture.
Your Attitude and Background As you might understand from this text, at Alts Digital, more than being the "Jedi" or the next "guru" of something, we value your attitude and what you can bring as a person to this job. This is even more important in this case: you'll be the first person that our future hires will meet and know.
These are some things we are looking for, but we are flexible:
Experience in recruiting, ideally across multiple countries;
Fluency in English. If you know any other language, that's more than welcome;
When working, you are a human being. This might sound silly, but for us, it's essential our candidates feel that you care for them;
You like to analyse your efforts with Data and make changes accordingly;
You are proactive and creative. You are not afraid of sharing ideas and feedback;
Bring your sassiness, creativity, and disruptiveness. Love for emojis is more than appreciated;
You love learning, and it makes you happy knowing and exploring new things;
"Sharing is caring" is an important motto of your life;
Don't accept no as an answer;
Being critical of your own work, try and error, try and assess are visions you believe in.

Salary: up to €30k per year, depending on your skill level and experience.
