You will be responsible for a high volume of permanent, contract and freelance positions across our EMEA locations.Joining as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be working alongside the global VML ES talent team and internal stakeholders across our demographics, making sure you fully understand the business needs before taking the roles strategically to market.You will be expected to manage the full end to end recruitment process, so a confident and consultative approach is required with a focus on identifying mainly technical resources.What you'll be doing:Proactively sourcing and screening candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn and social mediaConduct primary telephone interviews, ensuring thorough qualification that meets the requirementBuild and maintain healthy relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring they are kept regularly up to date with changes and developments to the vacanciesCollaborate with the wider talent team to ensure deadlines are metBuilding and maintaining talent pools and market knowledgeEnsure candidate experience is paramount and they feel connected to our culture, values and purpose.Focus on achieving the monthly and annual target for the team, actively working on vacancies to maintain low agency spend
