We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll be supporting our recruitment efforts and help us ensure our growth is done with the right talent in the right place. This position would be for a 12-month contract to support the peak growth we have been having. What will be your responsibilities Assist in every phase of the hiring process, from drafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers; Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and collaborate with the Hiring Partners to make candidate selections; Assess cultural fit to maximize the well-being of our future Bloqstars; Provide a positive and respectful candidate experience, gathering feedback for continual process refinement; Manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time, always serving as a key player in recruiting people who resonate with the company's values and vision; Maintain key hiring metrics and ensure our hiring practices align with broader company goals; Stay abreast of the latest recruiting strategies and industry changes, bringing fresh ideas to enhance internal practices. What are the requirements to join us in this position Educational background in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related areas; 1-3 years of recruitment experience in engineering, industrial, or IT companies, having worked directly on Tech roles; Fluency in Portugueseand English. Additional fluency in German would be highly valued; Deep passion for recruitment and will to build a career in the area; In-house recruitment experience and a genuine interest in interviewing and meeting different people; Ability to perform autonomous active sourcing, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter; Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a habit of centralizing information on the tool; Strong relationship-building skills with Hiring Partners and candidates; Resilience to frustration and pressure in a fast-growing company with shifting priorities.
