The core of this function is to ensure local success in terms of identifying, sourcing, pre-assessing, hiring and providing the best candidate experience along the recruitment cycle.Your main responsibilities will be:Responsible for managing sourcing channels, encouraging a collaborative recruitment approach with all the stakeholders, and upkeeping quality of advertising opportunities via social media, while staying in line with the global TA vision.As a true agent of change, you are the first to act in terms of implementing more diversity into the Richemont TCC. Ensure you present the best talents, integrate diversity & inclusion in our recruitment processes, and actively search for ways to increase diversity of talent we hire.As an internal sourcing expert, you are in charge of pro-active searching in our database and via external channels for best talents of diverse backgrounds that will enrich our organization.Ensure quality candidates by contributing towards the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates from an HR perspective.Implementing innovative recruitment strategies.Maintaining relationships with candidates and alignment with TCC internal teams.Feed the SAP System with complete and updated information.Ensuring the full recruitment cycle next to candidates.Managing the Talent Branding initiatives.HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?You will be successful on our journey if you are curious (Leads the investigation to find the right profiles.
