Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies to attract prospective students from diverse backgrounds.
Represent the institution at recruitment events, career fairs, and educational expos to promote our academic programs and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, educational agencies, and community organizations to generate student referrals.
Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and targeted advertising, to reach and engage potential students.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and implement improvements to achieve enrollment targets.
Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing them with accurate and helpful information about program offerings, application requirements, and financial aid options.
Review and assess applications, transcripts, and supporting documents to determine eligibility and make informed admission decisions.
Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
Communicate with admitted students to facilitate enrollment and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective students, applicants, and admissions decisions in the admissions database.
Generate regular reports on recruitment and admissions metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of international education systems and policies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with various international student recruitment channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
Proficient in using relevant software tools for managing student data, such as CRM systems and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and finance departments.
