Media company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for 1 year project. Your new role Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
Source, recruit, conduct interviews, and assess the best top talent for various roles within the company.
Prepare engaging job ads and templates for candidate responses.
Support the coordination of interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Set up an Employee referral process and key strategies to boost applications.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Define and present key talent acquisition metrics to hiring managers and top management on process status.
Provide other regular reports to hiring managers.
Manage the applicant tracking system.
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Create compelling content for social media, career pages, and other channels to showcase our company culture and values.
Collaborate with the communications team to align employer branding efforts with the overall brand strategy.
Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to continuously improve our employer branding initiatives.
What you need to succeed For this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition from sourcing to hiring;
Experience in other related key projects such as employer branding and/or internal communications will be an advantage. What the company can offer you
