Identify, attract, and source qualified talent to find passive candidates using various recruitment channels and tools to increase direct hires into the business.
Drive and facilitate the full interview process with the hiring managers to ensure tight recruitment timelines, quality of selection, and comprehensive interview feedback to all candidates.
Ensure high-quality candidate and internal stakeholder experiences by building strong partnerships and fostering transparency with progress updates on a regular basis.
Create Data-Driven Insights to make data-led recruitment decisions, communicate key recruitment KPIs to stakeholders, and drive sourcing activity and continuous improvement.
Lead in TA initiatives, market research, and talent mapping whilst promoting Miniclip's EVPWhat are we looking for?Experienced TA professional with a track record delivering complex recruitment solutions within an international Technology or Gaming company while building out and scaling processes.
Demonstrable ability to source candidates using innovative techniques, devising online sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Boolean Search and other sourcing tools with that highlight your creative flair for candidate attraction.
A data-driven mindset coupled with curiosity, enabling you to inform and educate our leaders with valuable insights.
You use data to build narratives and influence change, are good with tooling and make data driven decisions by running reports, building dashboards and implementing new systems.
You are a confident communicator and influencer, comfortable talking to people of any level, whether it's in person, on the phone or in writing.
You understand how best to adapt your approach to your audience and understand the impact your work has on other teams.
You're flexible & adaptable, able to switch effectively between tasks and deal with a constantly changing workload and priorities, whilst understanding the impact your work has on the success of the company.
