You'll be focused in
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and right strategies to apply
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies In order to succeed, you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment of IT profiles
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Strong communication and analytical skills
