Description Lead the recruitment processes; Defining job profiles and selecting suitable recruiting channels; Organizing and conducting job interviews and the selection process (incl. applicant communication, offer/rejection management); Placing job adverts and carrying out other recruiting activities; Continuously assess and improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent; Supporting and implementing employer branding activities (social media, university marketing); Key User iCIMS (optional) or other recruiting tool; Responsible for projects/activities around employer branding; Results-oriented management of the area of responsibility; Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs; Adherence to the available budget and timelines; Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and priorities; Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends. Key Performance Indicators:
The effectiveness and efficiency of their recruitment efforts in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Candidate Experience Satisfaction, Diversity Hiring Metrics and retention rate. Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven experience (at least 5 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting; Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines; Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; Highly organized with keen attention to detail; Experience with employer branding initiatives and diversity recruiting efforts is desirable; Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs; Other Abilities or requirements: Negotiating skills and assertiveness; High degree of independence & creativity; Good project management skills; Fluent in English; Ability to analyze data, understand trends and beginning to develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
