Participate in new initiatives and implement company talent acquisition strategiesCollaborate in talent assessment and interviewing neededParticipate and collaborate on conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsPromote actions in order to anticipate future employment needsLead specific actions recruitment (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)Reviews employment applications and background check reportsStart activities and actions for promote the Talent team participation as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsCollaborate in company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities, specially in the healthcare environmentsPromote and follow up the procedure selection open regarding needsCo-Lead the selection processes of the Company with Clinics staffsSupport to the clinic Manager in recruitment and selection processes regarding internal strategic and protocolsCollaborate with the rest of the team in retention talent plansBuild long-term relationships with past and potential candidatesPromote contacts with futures candidates in the heathcare market and other key positions for dialysis marketManage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunitiesCollaborate with Managers and the rest of the Human Resources Team in all hiring paperwork for new employees in the clinics and HeadquarterGenerate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiativesCollaborate with the talent team in order to keep informed about employees and his retentionCreate monthly reports on key talent acquisition metricsCollaborate to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goalsWork closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challengesProactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologiesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesResearch talent acquisition trends in the heathcare marketParticipate actively on the projects talent management team could be involvedParticipate with the rest of the team in IT tools implementationCollaborate in actions related to training, talent actions and motivation activities with impact in the motivation and development of employeesImpact
• Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations.
Communication
• Interacts largely with internal peers and contacts (Head Nurses and Head of Nephrologists in dyalisis centers). Begins to build internal professional network that may cross department/areas. 
• Influences internal customers within the scope to achieve short term national project objectives.

• Modifies existing methods, techniques and/or processes across job areas.
• Problems and issues faced are in general difficult but not complex.
Knowledge
• Works on assignments of moderate size, scope, diversity, and/or complexity.
Performs a variety of assignments, employing diverse methods and skills.
Requirements profile
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience as Recruiter in a healhcare or pharma companies. 
Fluent in english is a must
Previous experience with Workday as Recruiter is a value
