This broad product offering makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe.PositionJoin our dynamic European team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and help us shape exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced, highly competitive market. A key focus will be on building a pipeline of potential candidates aligning with our business needs and our 7 strategic commitments, whereby ensuring all candidates receive the best-in-class experience.You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on hiring for SaaS companies and technology-driven roles. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting high-performing, high-potential hires who will drive our business forward. You will consult with hiring managers and HR partners to understand critical capabilities, source and pre-screen candidates, and facilitate debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. You will work closely within the wider people community on our Group HR agenda, collaborating on and contributing to key projects that continuously improve and implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of talent strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and benchmarking insights;Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and Rewards specialists to define success profiles, design sourcing strategies, and attract diverse candidates with the skills and capabilities needed to meet both short- and long-term business goals while fostering team.blue's culture;Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to offer recommendations, negotiation, and closing, with a strong focus on hiring for SaaS companies and technology-driven roles;Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates, establishing long-term relationships with talent, and exploring creative and alternative sourcing methods;Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and open roles to HR and business stakeholders;Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational needs.Ideal candidateAt least 5 years of experience in recruiting within an international, fast-paced matrix environment;Strong capability to interpret global processes, adapt to local operational policies, troubleshoot issues, and escalate appropriately when needed;Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Portuguese being a plus, both written and verbal;A hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Working hoursNormal hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and you'll be required to work one day from our office in Lisbon (Parque das Nações).Right to workAt any stage please be prepared to provide proof of eligibility to work in Portugal.
