PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Recruiting / HR Manager to join our team! As an Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions , manage HR outsourced partners and keep + upgrade company culture and benefits program
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building and promoting relationships with current or future hunting agencies/companies
Recruiting new talents
Implementing a benefit program strategy for the employees (ex: bonus, training, etc.)
Responsible of the well-being in the company
Getting feedbacks from each employees and understand the internal needs
Implementing, analyzing and reporting work evaluations
Making exhaustive and accurate reports of results
Organizing team buildings for the company
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree minimum or previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or any related field
Successful previous experience as a HR manager with successful results
Experience required: 3 years minimum
English is a must (oral and written), French (at least Intermediate) and other languages are advantages (German, Polish, Italian, Spanish etc.)
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the HR process from plan to close
Strong business sense and HR expertise
