What will be your main responsibilities and duties: Builds a motivated and skilled team, leads by example and installs a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees; Organizes and manages the department in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity; Demonstrates standards awareness, by setting example for standards execution, standards testing and implementing action plans; Prepares annual plans and forecasts, consistently monitors and manages budgetary goals; Effectively integrate the Spa with the Hotel operations wherever possible; Interact with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage; Maintain optimum par levels for all materials and supplies; Introduce new and innovative treatments, products, rituals and facials; Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis; Responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost-effective usage; Oversee the cleanlinessof all areas in the Spa; Make recommendations regarding the annual operating budget; Be cross-trained in allfunctions of the spa; Review all suggestions and comments from guests; Keep accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on members; Produce a monthly salesactivity report; Keep Senior Management informed of all member-related issues; Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Hotel management. Essential Requirements: 5 years of previous experience as a service provider; 2 years minimum of experience as a "lead" or supervisory role within the high end/luxury market; Independent team playerwith the ability to multi-task; A hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful; Excellent communicationskills, facilitation skills, & instructional design skill; The candidate must holdthe required authorization to work in a European country; Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English
