DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and manage products dedicated to Netskope and the Netskope product family.
Work with the Sales Team to follow up on new projects, support the Sales Team with technical issues, and plan demos and PoCs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and work closely with the Vendor technical teams to address all technical aspects raised by the Vendors.
Plan technical workshops, events, and activities dedicated to ensuring product reputation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team and customers to create new value-added services or expand the number of services while ensuring all service KPIs.
Provide Technical Support to customers and partners.
Offer configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices for customers.
Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Visit customers in critical situations to expedite resolution as required.
Enable partners for the Netskope product family.
Follow up on partner training and certifications.
Conduct at least one quarterly visit to 5 partners to support their needs, including training and certifications.
Enable the sales team for presales activities.
Visit customers with the sales team to define and present all the product's best technical features.
Conduct at least one quarterly visit to 15 customers to present product details.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 years of experience in customer support/presale roles.
Experience in negotiations with strategic and global clients.
Experience in Cloud/IT/CYBER.
Knowledge and understanding of technological realms - experience working with products such as EDR, Firewall, Email Security, OT security, WAF, Web Security, Authentication, Switching and routing, XDR, SASE.
Netskope certifications.
Experience working with technological decision-makers (CISO, CIO, etc.).
Ability to work independently combined with teamwork.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Independent learning ability, diligence, and the ability to motivate proceedings.
High presentation and reporting skills.
