Your New Role Taking over the technical responsibility of Microsoft Outlook and Teams (possibly other M365 products)General administrative tasks such as optimization and automation of identity, access management, integration of new products and other organizational tasksProcessing of incidents (second and third level)Cooperation with external service providers as well as internal teams of the IT infrastructure and the IT organizationChange management within the framework of ITILM365 monitoring with common tools (SLA-, network- and product monitoring)What You'll Need Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in the IT sector or a comparable qualification or career changer with relevant professional experienceGood M365 knowledge, ideally in the Microsoft Outlook and Teams environmentStructured and independent way of working preferableAbility to work in a team and enjoy working as a part of a team in an international environmentGood knowledge of English
