Sustainability Project Manager (m/f) – Remote Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
What do you need to have: Hard Skills:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in project management and innovation (5/7+ years)
Experience in Consumer Business (preferred)
Understanding of various functions and steps related to the innovation process
Excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills: possess the ability to proactively analyze problems, identify key issues, develop strategic and tactical solutions, and design metrics to measure business impact
Ability to deal with complex situations finding a feasible solution
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Agile methodologies and lean start-up approach (preferred)
Manufacturing, R&D or Regulatory experience (preferred)
