What you can expect

What you'll do

Implement and optimize online conversation strategies;
Manage and optimize landing pages;
Expand the lead capture with third parties and manage/negotiate those capture models;
Define strategy, design, implement solutions and optimize digital KPIs;
Provide analytical reporting;
Implement and optimize PPC and PPL strategies;
Implement and optimize SEO strategy.



What you'll need

Managing and motivating the team;
Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
Ensuring the team's development, monitoring and evaluation;
Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
Developing action plans for continuous improvement;
