We are looking for a passionate Supervisor with experience in retail to join our amazing team in ECI LISBON W!The candidate must be dynamic with great leadership and customer service skills. We are looking for someone who has already worked in a similar retail environment and has the ability to meet and exceed given sales targets. The successful candidate will be proactive, work well within the team, and have a good understanding of retail operations and team management.Your responsibilities will be:Assist the Store Manager in the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.Possess excellent commercial knowledge and visual merchandising skills.Be extremely customer service and sales focused.Able to analyze performance and implement new improvement strategies.Motivate and manage team tasks and performance.Time management: able to prioritize tasks, delegate, and meet deadlines.Focus on staff training and development.Manage stock (loss prevention and organization), follow-up on replenishment requests.Be highly ambitious and passionate about retail sales and fashion.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Tailoring knowledge is essential.You should have experience in assisting the Store Manager and/or the Assistant Manager by performing related duties, demonstrating a proven sales drive attitude and people skills.
