Project Development Manager

R.Power is one of the fastest-growing companies on the European market of large-scale solar energy. Today, we are present throughout Poland and Italy, Portugal, Spain, Romania, the Netherlands, and Germany. Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for people for the following position: Project Development Manager Responsibilities Development of renewable energy projects on an industrial scale within the development team
Managing the permit acquisition process, including liaising with local authorities and other public bodies; Contacting landowners to negotiate land lease agreements, easements
Verification of project feasibility, including land verification, environmental conditions, and spatial planning
Gathering information and preparing necessary reports
Requirements Higher education (preferably in real estate, spatial planning, environmental protection, energy-related fields)
Over 4 years of experience in a similar position (experience in wind project development preferred)
Practical knowledge of investment process issues in the area of spatial planning law, construction law, energy law
Practical knowledge of real estate issues
Category B driving license
Readiness for fieldwork
