We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.

We are looking for Subject Matter Expert- QA KlarPris to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon .

Tasks:

Define the test plan, user acceptance criteria and increase the effectiveness of the testing process by identifying automation opportunities;

Assist the development team by providing expert guidance in defining the use cases;

Execute quality checks through the SDLC to assure excellent quality of the delivered product, adhering to the group QA methodology;

Act as escalation point and collaborate with the Support function to address complex issues affecting the customers;

Create and maintain usage statistics and data intelligence on key feature usage trends;

Contribute to the product knowledge management activities;

Utilize Jira and GitLab for streamlined Project tracking and collaboration;

Apply Agile Development Methodology to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field;

5 years or more of working with craft or construction business solutions;

Practical experience with software testing protocols, preferably with exposure into automated testing;

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Fluent in both spoken and written English.
