Store Manager

Store Manager (M/F) - São João Da Madeira Aveiro Responsible for implementing and ensuring the company's commercial policy is followed in the store.

• Dynamize sales, maximizing store profitability;
• Manage the business unit, directing the point of sale activity and its cost control;
• Dynamize the management of Human Resources, with the aim of recruiting, training, motivating, and evaluating the team's work.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in the function for at least 2 years, preferably in the retail clothing activity (shopping centers);
• Strong leadership ability;
• Strong orientation towards working by objectives;
• High performance in customized sales systems;
• Experience working with commercial indicators (Effectiveness, Transformation Rate, Average Ticket);
• Competences in store merchandising;
• Availability and flexibility of working hours;
• Availability for travel;
• Good knowledge of computer skills from the user's point of view.
