You are a driving force and source of inspiration for innovations and digitally advance the people of the participatory city of Herrenberg. You proactively think about optimizations and the future-proof orientation of our administration - you have a holistic view of our administration and are guided by our future strategy. Process management is your thing! You have a genuine interest in how processes work, from dog tax registration to the smart city of the future. You are familiar with both traditional project management and agile project management methods and can apply, explain and use them to meet the challenges. You have a hands-on mindset, an efficient way of working and can maintain an overview even in complex situations. You focus on people/users, want to create added value with your work and find creative solutions. You have a degree in Business Administration, Public Management B.A. or M.A., Digital (Administrative) Management or a comparable qualification. Your work at #teamstadtherrenberg
You are part of our self-organized Future Transformation team with two other colleagues. We are organized holocratically and responsively in circles, so that each person knows their main responsibilities and tasks at all times, and this is transparent for the entire department of the main office. From process recording to process optimization and implementation, you will accompany processes in the specialist departments. You will work with our specialist departments to develop solutions that use digital tools (from low-code platforms to robotic process automation (RPA)) to reduce the workload of our employees and, above all, meet the expectations of the people in our city. To this end, you can design workshops and lead them to their goal independently. You are in demand as a project manager, project team member, scrum master or product owner in various digital projects, from the further development of our DMS to the introduction of digital systems such as incoming mail, open data or AI systems. We are bold, keen to experiment and simply do things differently. Our solutions often emerge dynamically as we go along. Future topics can therefore not be described conclusively. It is important to us that you can also contribute your own ideas. We expect flexibility, so we are too. Working from home, mobile working and flexible working hours are a matter of course for us.
