You are the contact person for our customers in the project environment, both during and after successful system implementation.
Your focus will be on the planning and data management system MOBILE-PLAN, the dispatching system MOBILE-PERDIS or the depot management system MOBILE-DMS You identify and specify new customer and market requirements and advise on various topics, such as optimization, e-mobility or driving and rest times As a specialist for our software solutions, you take on complex fault tickets that are passed on to you by our 1st & 2nd level support team You ensure the documentation of all necessary information in the ticket system JIRA, you investigate, analyze and fix software errors and deliver independent software (updates) or change requests You act as a proactive interface to technical departments to clarify questions, feasibility and technical implementations and accompany sales activities for the targeted support of existing customers What you bring with you: You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist, a degree in IT or have acquired your skills through practical (professional) experience You have already gained relevant experience in 3rd level support Knowledge of working with databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL) and basic knowledge of object-oriented programming Interest in and enjoyment of public transport, possibly even experience in the operational process Communication in German and English is part of your everyday life, ideally you also have knowledge of French In addition, you are interested in experiencing the results of your work live during occasional trips to our international projects Any questions?
