The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive one of our key product teams.
You'll lead high-impact initiatives to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement, making Sweatcoin even more fun and habit-forming.
Collaborating across teams, you'll design and launch features that turn casual users into loyal fans.

What you'll do: - Dream up and execute creative strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention through viral loops, referral programs, and social sharing - Dive deep into data to uncover opportunities for funnel optimization and global expansion - Bring gamification to life with challenges, achievements, leaderboards, and rewards that keep users coming back for more - Use behavioral psychology to craft habit-forming, feel-good experiences - Own the roadmap for growth / gamification initiatives, making sure everything aligns with Sweatcoin's big-picture goals - Lead cross-functional product squads (engineering, design, data, QA) to deliver features that wow, on time and on point - Experiment, A/B test, and iterate until we're at peak awesome and the metrics are green - Get inside the heads of our users in collaboration with UX research, understanding what drives them, what holds them back, and what keeps them coming back for more What you'll bring - 5+ years in product management in consumer mobile apps, ideally with a focus on growth, gamification - A proven knack for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention with creative strategies - Gamification pro, with a deep understanding of habit loops, reward mechanics, and user motivation - Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and using data effectively - Top-notch leadership and communication skills, with experience rallying cross-functional teams Mindset: - You live for growth and love creating delightful, engaging experiences - Customer-first is your default setting, you're always thinking about the user - Curious, creative, building atmosphere where ideas flow freely - Master of self-management: thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, prioritize effectively, stay focused, and adapt quickly to changing needs, take ownership of projects and deadlines with minimal oversight - Active seeker of feedback to learn, grow, and continuously improve in your role.
