.Sr. Manager Network Planning & Hub coordinator We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Network Planning Manager/Local Ambassador who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.As Senior Manager, you will support our ambitious growth and enhance the Network Planning experience in our Lisbon Hub. This role involves facilitating environmentally friendly onboardings, training new hires, and extending HQ insights during probation periods and internships to scout and retain top talent. You will provide on-site support for juniors and interns with a supportive approach, ensuring a positive culture in the Lisbon office. You and the team optimize the supply of bus lines to meet the travel demand of our customers in the Iberian and French market.Your Tasks – Paint the world greenYou facilitate onboardings, helping to train new hires and supporting them during probation periods and internships.You provide on-site support for junior employees and interns with a supportive, mentorship approach.You ensure the positive culture and healthy work environment of our Berlin HQ is maintained and fostered in the growing Lisbon hub.You and the team optimize the supply of bus lines to meet the travel demand of our customers in the Iberian and French market.You plan a robust and scalable bus network that meets profitability targets by analyzing costs and revenues.You collaborate with business partners, revenue management, and experienced local teams to develop and enhance our network.You coordinate interactions with other teams for smooth processes, including line starts and operational requests.You base decisions on quantitative analyses and derive conclusions from various data sets to make informed decisions.You support adapting and implementing network planning strategies to meet the specific needs of the Iberian and French market.Your Profile – Ready to hop on boardDegree in Economics, Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management, network planning, or similar.1-2 years of experience in leadership roles.Knowledge of the Iberian market is a big plus.Strong business insights in the transport industry is a big plus.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.Strong communication and analytical skills.Proficient in MS Office.Fluent in English; Portuguese/Spanish is aplus.Willingness to travel to Berlin for onboarding, team events, and quarterly team visits.Our Perks – More than just a jobYou have an impact.
