Sr. It Service Delivery Specialist

Owns a portfolio and all operational 24/7 Service Management activities applications that underpin the ECF organization within Organon, including activities to manage and maintain the portfolio and the list of potential application transitions from the delivery groups and the decommissioning of applications reaching the end of their lifecycle.
In addition, and of specific focus, are the Critical applications to ensure they are managed effectively by providing best-in-class Service Management alongside deploying technology in a precise and targeted manner to ensure these applications are robust.
As we modernize our operations, we need to deliver an Automation roadmap and plan to be created, managed, and tracked for their portfolio that aligns with the ECF plan. This would include a good understanding of the applicability of AI for operations.
Vendor management with our key strategic partners and application vendors is used to maintain and monitor the quality of resources available to us to ensure we have a complete and robust set of resources and capabilities from our partners.
Building solid relationships with the ECF Technology Partners / Product Owner community to be seen as a critical partner and point of escalation for all service elements they manage. This would include building connections with key stakeholders and supporting the product teams through discussions with the ECF and business technology leaders.
Partnering with the central enterprise architecture team and quality, risk/compliance functions teams to understand the changes they need to make to keep Organon secure, safe, and compliant with their application portfolio.
Monitoring and Reporting around our SLAs, KPIs, metrics, efficiency, capacity, compliance, and value that we create.
Delivery of specific projects to uplift, manage, and maintain the portfolio may include several projects.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years overall work experience.
At least 3 years in an application support role, working with SAAS or internally hosted systems.
Experience with various technology systems (ServiceNow) and services.
Experience with data analysis, excel, and various programming languages.
Experience working independently and managing projects.
Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers (within HR and cross-functionally).
Additional Requirements
Significant experience in technology operational delivery. Support and portfolio roles with proven experience leveraging technology resources.
Service Management Experience.
Thorough understanding of Digital & Tech strategies.
L3/L4 Operational Delivery in a global environment.
Experience with agile ways of working to ensure management and governance of this way of working across the division.
