We are in hyper growth and have raised €25M in 2023. Worldia is scaling with many exciting projects: the roll-out of the new version of the platform, a subsidiary in the US, and new business partnerships.

Job Challenges
As we aim to make our platform more robust to achieve our ambition of being a central player in travel booking for our global partners, our tech team is growing fast.
Now it is composed of 35 people in 4 feature teams:
Curate: provide inspirational content and flexible channel catalog management. Composed of Backend Developers.
Plan: in charge of the Front-office web platform to facilitate trip planning, inspiring users with smart suggestions. Composed of Back & Front End Developers.
Connect: provide real-time price & availability through a large range of suppliers, managing all API providers (hotels, airplanes, etc.) to ensure a successful client experience. Composed of Backend Developers.
Operate: our Client Back-office (connection between Client and our Operation Team after purchase), managing all finance aspects like invoices and vouchers. It is also our Customer Support.
They all collaborate with the DevOps team.
As a Frontend Developer, you will focus on quality and work with the Scrum methodology. The Tech Lead gives you a lot of autonomy to be successful in the following missions:
Implement new features in 2-week sprints.
Participate actively to improve quality in your code (peer programming, code review, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the Product team to specify and plan upcoming features.
Correct bugs because nobody is perfect!
Stay updated on new versions as we try to keep our stack up-to-date.
What we are looking for:
About 6 years minimum experience in a similar role.
Motivated by clean code and testing.
Proactive in searching solutions and your interpersonal approach.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Organized and easy to communicate with, sharing with your colleagues, even in full remote work.
Fluency in English is mandatory as your colleagues are not necessarily French speakers.
DevOps awareness and curiosity.
Techs we use:
ReactJS 18, NextJS 14.1, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, oriented Styled-Components, StoryBook, CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
Tools we use:
Jira, Confluence, Figma, Gather, Agile Methodologies, and Lean Management.

An assessment to be done at home (max 1h30min).
A technical interview with Zakaria, Frontend Tech Lead, to evaluate your hard skills and the way you operate (1H30).
An interview with Liz, Engineering Manager, and François, VP of Engineering, to assess your experience, values, and your project career as a Frontend Developer.
