This role is temporary, with a 6-month contract and the possibility of extension.As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a personalized experience for candidates and a seamless process for hiring managers across Southern Europe, with occasional support for Spain.You will collaborate closely with our EMEA-based Talent & Sourcing teams, specializing in comprehensive recruitment (360 degrees) for both White and Blue collar roles throughout Southern Europe. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken and written English, and will receive thorough training, ongoing support, a competitive salary, and an annual bonus.This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to embark on an exciting career journey with a global market leader!What you will be doingManage end-to-end recruitment and develop and apply sourcing strategies to meet the current and future needs of the business;Proactively build pipelines and manage passive candidates in critical talent segments;Manage all steps of the talent acquisition process including attraction, sourcing, screening, selection, and assessment;Provide advice on sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders;Support and advise business stakeholders on the assessment & selection framework, encouraging equitable hiring decisions;Execute targeted campaigns and projects in response to business needs;Focus hiring strategies around diversity and inclusion, ensuring we remove unconscious bias from our hiring process.What you will bringMinimum 3 years' of demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sectors;Experience in continuous improvement and a proactive approach to resourcing solutions;Knowledge of the European mining, quarrying, heavy industry sectors is highly advantageous, but not essential;Ability to plan, influence & execute;Solid communication skills and proven ability to manage stakeholders;Strong written and verbal English skills are required and preferably one or more of Spanish, Portuguese due to the countries you will be looking after.What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
