With a specialty in customized facilities management solutions for B2B, our client is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Within this role, you will be assisting your customers to discover their full potential in the world of digital solutions (SaaS).
The Offer:

Assist and guide the users through the SaaS platform and the mobile app;
Develop your customers' best practices according to their professional structures;
Ensure your points of contact are well trained on the products;
Define and apply strategies to optimize their usage;
Inform your clients on their performances and updates;
Share with the team any highlights that could be useful to improve the product/solution;
Stay up-to-date in terms of IT innovations;

Requirements:

Great communication skills in Spanish & French;
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment;
Comfortable with IT & digital solutions;
Excellent organizational skills;
