TasksYour responsibilities and impact as Customer Care Advisor will be: Manage effectively all incoming queries in a customer service environmentRespond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clientsGather information from customers, ensure resolutions of queries, and troubleshoot technical issuesMaintain client relationships through product support over the phoneProvide high-quality serviceRecord all required data elements in CRM to provide a good follow-up and qualitative supportRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: EU Citizenship or valid work permit/ residency card mandatoryYou have the following language skills: native level of French + fluency in EnglishYou preferably have a previous experience of min. 6 months in Customer Service or Technical Support in a Call Centre is preferredGood technical skills and knowledge is preferableYou have an interest in and willingness to learnYou have very good communication skills – both written and oralYou have the ability to operate in high pressure situationsYou are a team player, enthusiastic and self-starterYou have analytic and problem-solving skillsYou are Customer and Quality orientedLong-term opportunityWhat's in it for you?
