Your Profile Language Skills: Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Spanish (C2 or C1) + Proficient in English (B2).
Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with multiple tools and handle technical troubleshooting.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Very good accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and maintain a professional attitude.
Your Responsibilities Support: Liaise with sales, sales support, and order management on daily operational issues.
Customer Assistance: Process customer-related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT changes, and invoice amendments.
Technical Troubleshooting: Work with payment partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds.
Backoffice Tasks: Mainly backoffice with a low incidence of outbound calls.

Additional Information Working Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday (Public Holidays included) from 07:00 to 24:00.
